Welcome to the Buchla & Tiptop Audio 200 series project. In this project Buchla USA has teamed up with Tiptop Audio to resume the production of Don Buchla’s 200 series and convert it to Eurorack standards!

This module is an accurate reproduction of the Buchla 281 Quad Function Generator; four function generators organized in two pairs. All four generators can operate independently or can be linked in pairs to generate more complex output voltages (for instance for linking two to create an ADSR.)  Channels can be triggered, gated and sustained, or cycled, and the module includes a manual trigger button per channel.  Each pair of channels can be OR-logic combined, with the module featuring a level control over the second of each pair.  In the Quadrature mode, generators A and B (or C and D) operate in tandem with their functions shifted by ninety degrees in relation to each other.  (For instance, channel 1 will rise until it hits it's peak, and then will hold while channel 2 rises to it's peak, where it holds until channel one completes it's decay.)
