Returns Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of product arrival, although we are extremely flexible in situations that involve defective products or shipping mistakes. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 30% if the item is returned in a condition other than new and unopened, and will not cover return shipping except for cases of error or defect, but will always try to charge the smallest fee possible and only charge the difference between what is was sold for and what it will be sold for after the return.
Refunds will be issued once the product has been visually inspected and tested, no more than 24 hours from the date from which it arrives back at the shop. Depending on certain factors such as payment method, funds should appear in the customer's account anywhere from 1-7 days from date of arrival, dependent on processing time from credit merchants.

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. We provide free shipping in the continental US for all modules and most products by using the coupon code Ship. This excludes certain items such as cases and accessories. If you believe your shipping fee is too high as a result of website miscalculation, contact us directly and we will issue you an invoice with a revised fee.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
